We ship worldwide and work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below is a simple summary of our shipping rules and what to expect.

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Luxara Crafts is based in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA), and our products are handcrafted in Turkey.
  • Orders usually ship from our Istanbul workshop or our US fulfillment center.
  • We ship with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Shipping is fast, insured, and may include express options depending on your location.
  • We aim to dispatch quickly, but delays can happen during holidays/peak seasons/clearance periods.
  • Carrier delays or customs/government delays are outside of our control.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
  • Russia note: We can only ship to registered business addresses, not private residential addresses.
  • Customs duties/taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient; if a package is returned due to unpaid duties/refusal/non-collection, refunds are product price minus original shipping + return fees (shipping is non-refundable).

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within the timeframe below.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for refund, exchange, or store credit (if eligible).
  • Items must be unused, in perfect resellable condition, exactly as received.
  • Returns must include original packaging, plus all tags/accessories.
  • Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt) in the return package.
  • If an item is returned used, worn, or damaged, the return may be rejected and sent back at your expense.
  • Non-returnable: custom/personalized items (monogram/engraving), sale items, and free/promotional gifts.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, original shipping cost is not refunded (and may be deducted unless it was our shipping error).
  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend tracked + insured shipping (we can’t guarantee receipt without it).
  • After inspection, we’ll email you the decision; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Exchanges are offered for defective/damaged items—email us first.)

At Luxara Crafts, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade leather goods. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll help you quickly and fairly.

  • Warranty window: You can submit a warranty claim within 30 days of delivery.
  • What’s covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., faulty stitching, hardware defects, broken rivets/snaps, zipper failure under normal use).
  • What’s not covered: Normal wear and tear (scratches, patina changes, creasing), water/chemical damage, misuse, accidents, improper care, or alterations/repairs done by third parties.
  • Natural leather note: Small variations in color/texture are normal for genuine leather and are not considered defects.
  • Proof required: Order number/receipt is required for any warranty claim.
  • How to start a claim: Email info@luxaracrafts.com with your order number + clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Inspection/decision: We may request additional photos or ask you to return the item for inspection before approving a warranty solution.
  • Return shipping for claims: The customer provides return shipping when sending the item back to us.
  • Resolution (if approved): We will offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion (depending on stock and the issue).
  • No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for approved warranty cases. (Final sale items in selected collections are not returnable; however, verified manufacturing defects may still be handled as a warranty case within 30 days.)

Material

All Luxara Crafts products are made from pure, genuine real leather. We use natural leather because it is strong, long-lasting, and improves with time. Since real leather comes from natural hides, every piece has its own unique character. This means you may notice small differences in grain pattern, texture, and color tone from one item to another. These natural variations are normal and are not defects—they are one of the best signs that the material is authentic.

Real leather also develops a patina over time. With regular use, it can become softer, richer in color, and more personal to you. Light marks, gentle creasing, and subtle texture changes can happen as the leather adapts to your daily life. To keep your item looking its best, we recommend avoiding heavy water exposure, harsh chemicals, and long direct sunlight, and storing it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Because each product is handmade and made from real leather, your item will always be one-of-a-kind—built to be used, enjoyed, and carried for years.
