1. Worldwide Shipping Overview We ship worldwide! Luxara Crafts is headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA). Please note that while our company is based in the US, our premium leather goods are handcrafted in Turkey and are primarily shipped directly from our Istanbul workshop or our US fulfillment center via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

2. Dispatch & Delays We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that there may be slight delays during peak holiday seasons or clearance periods. While we endeavor to deliver within the specified times, unexpected delays caused by the transport service provider or government agencies (customs) are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier details and your tracking number.

·       Note for Russian Federation: Due to current local regulations, we are unable to ship to private residential addresses within Russia; we can only ship to registered company/business addresses.

4. Shipping Rates

·       Standard International: We offer a special flat-rate shipping cost ranging from $14.90 – $23.90 for most countries.

·       Excluded Regions: For countries excluded from the flat-rate zone, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes (Important) Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

·       Unpaid Customs/Return Policy: In the event of a return due to unpaid customs duties, refusal of the package, or failure to collect the goods, Luxara Crafts will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs/fees incurred. The original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
