Refund & Return Policy
1. General Overview At Luxara Crafts, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in perfect sellable condition.
- Original Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: The package must include the order number or the original receipt.
Please Note: If the returned item appears used, worn, or damaged upon inspection, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed, and the original item will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or Personalized items (e.g., items with monogramming or laser engraving).
- Sale items.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part).
- High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. International Customs & Duties
- Customs Fees: We do not handle or pay for customs fees under any circumstances.
- Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or a different color, please send us an email first. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
