What makes Luxara Crafts leather cases different?
Unlike mass-produced factory alternatives, every Luxara Crafts product is handcrafted in our Istanbul workshop using premium full-grain leather. Our cases are designed to fit perfectly, protect your device, and develop a unique patina that gets more beautiful with time.
Are your cases compatible with MagSafe?
Yes. Our "MagSafe Compatible" cases feature built-in magnets that align perfectly with iPhone. They support wireless charging and work seamlessly with all MagSafe accessories (wallets, chargers, mounts).
Will MagSafe leave a mark on the leather?
It is possible. Because we use genuine natural leather, the magnetic compression from regular MagSafe use may leave a faint circular imprint over time. This is normal for real leather and is considered part of the patina process. A quality leather conditioner can help reduce its visibility.
How should I care for my leather product?
To keep your leather looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to intense heat, humidity, and harsh chemicals (like perfumes or hand sanitizers). If it gets wet, blot it gently with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally. We recommend treating it with a leather conditioner every few months.
How fast do you ship orders?
We know you are excited to receive your order. Most non-custom items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional time for crafting.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Do you ship internationally? What about customs/VAT?
Yes, we ship worldwide via reliable carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL).
Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT required by their country’s customs department. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your Luxara item. We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items (monogrammed or engraved) are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Who pays for return shipping and customs fees?
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return shipment must be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes! We offer custom laser engraving and monogramming on select wallets and cases. You can add your initials, a special date, or a name directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What materials do you use, and where are products made?
We strictly use premium full-grain leather, known for its durability and ability to age beautifully. Every single product is handcrafted with care in our workshops in Istanbul, Turkey. Our leather is primarily sourced locally from Turkey’s renowned tanneries (please see individual product pages for item-specific details).
